1:1 Coaching Services

When booking coaching services with Drew:

• Commitment Counts: You’re responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and completing any actions between calls.
• Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
• Results Not Guaranteed: Coaching is a collaborative process. While we offer strategic guidance and structure, you are responsible for your outcomes. Results will vary based on individual effort, follow-through, and market conditions.
  
  
  

Digital Courses

When you purchase a course:

• Access: You’ll receive lifetime access for as long as the course is offered. If we choose to retire a course, you’ll get 30 days’ notice to download your materials.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all course sales are final. Please purchase mindfully.
• License: Your purchase includes a non-transferable, single-user license. Sharing login details or reselling materials is prohibited.
  
  
  

Templates & Digital Downloads

When you purchase templates, checklists, or guides:

• Instant Access: Delivered immediately via digital download.
• Final Sale: All digital product sales are non-refundable.

Membership Programs

If you join a membership (such as Solo Squad):

• Auto-Renewal: Your membership will auto-renew and be billed on a monthly basis via your selected payment method.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Once billed, no partial refunds are offered for unused time.
